We take our Moulard Duck Breast and covered it in a Pastrami Rub and cooked in our smokehouse that is within our kitchen. Our Pastrami Duck Breast has a slight spicy kick to it.

Duck Carnitas, Hand Pulled (Shredded) 1 lb. Pack. We take our whole air-chilled ducks cure them for 48 hours in our special carnitas 11 spice blend (includes chiles, & cumin), and slowly cooked in their own natural fats. Fully Cooked. Just crisp up on a plancha, or pan to heat through.
