Return Policy
Pick Up Policy
Just follow these easy steps:
- Place your order on www.bellabellagourmet.com.
- Choose the Pick Up In-Store option at checkout and provide us with a date and time of when you would like to pick up your order in the comment section.
- You will receive a series of email messages. First, you’ll get an automatic Order Confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. We will send another email when the order is ready to be picked up. Please note that not all items are eligible for Pick Up In-Store right away, we may need an extra day to obtain the product.
- Bring your confirmation email, your order number to Bella Bella Gourmet to pick up your order.
Store pickup is valid only during regular operating hours and only for orders confirmed via Order Pickup Notification email.
Normal Operation Hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST time, excluding Holidays.
Return Policy and Order Cancellations
- Due to the perishable nature of the products, we cannot accept returned merchandise.
- The company will not issue a refund to anyone’s credit card who refuses delivery or in any way attempts to return a shipment.
- Please check all addresses and zip codes carefully. Damage due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids our guarantee, so please be sure to double-check addresses. The customer will then be responsible for the charges of a new order.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order with advance notice. We will do all that we can to honor your request, but if the order has already begun the shipping process, we cannot change it or cancel it. Therefore, if you must cancel an order, please do so before 3 PM EST on the day before it is scheduled to ship.
Any orders shipping during the holiday season (October 1 – January 15) may be canceled up to 12 PM EST on the day prior to shipping. Cancellations received after this time cannot be accommodated, and the order will ship as scheduled.
Ordering Deadlines for the Holidays
Thanksgiving: Order by 12 PM EST on Monday, November 24, for delivery on Tuesday, November 25, 2014.
Christmas: Order by 12 PM EST on Monday, December 22, for delivery on Tuesday, December 23, 2014.
New Year’s Eve: Order by 12 PM EST on Tuesday, December 30, for delivery on Wednesday, December 31, 2014.
PLEASE NOTE: Inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances can cause shipments to arrive later than expected to please plan ahead and order early.
All order cut-off times are subject to change.
