1 lb bags, Frozen Testicles are available every day. Fresh Testicles may take up to one week longer to ship.  Please call for fresh testicles. If you ordered more than products, (products other than the testicles) we will wait until the fresh is ready before we ship the whole order out to you. Duck testicles, which take the size and general shape of kumquats, are more tender and delicately flavored than those of lamb, which are more like small avocados. You can find many different recipes that others have made to cook the testicles. One way is to fry them. Kamikaze Kitchen is one of those that have experimented with them.
