The reduction of Tondo Balsamic Vinegar creates a rich syrup that can be used to garnish any number of savory or sweet dishes while remaining the true potent flavor of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.

It is a great topping to use on top of seared foie gras.

We use this topping on our seared foie gras that we sample to our guests and food shows.  We just put one drop of it per piece at the sampling booths.  Lasts a long time, many servings, depending on how much you use.
