Our air-chilled chicken legs are slowly cured for 48 hours in our special spice blend and then confit to a melt-in-your-mouth consistency in duck and chicken fat. Crisp up the flavorful, fully shredded meat in a pan for an unbelievable taco night, or stuff your own tamales or empanadas.
