Foie Gras, Specialty meat, Poultry, and Game birds. We represent a group of farms in Sullivan County, NY that grow heritage breeds of Chickens, Poussin, Partridge, Quail, Rabbit, Moulard Duck, and Foie Gras. Our Farms have been producing wholesome poultry for over 25 years.
In our U.S.D.A. inspected kitchen at Bella Bella Gourmet, our chefs are constantly working to develop exciting new “products that taste like no other” for years, now you can experience the difference for yourself.
Since 1999, La Belle Farm has produced superior quality Foie Gras from Sullivan County, New York.
We refined our Foie Gras production process to yield great taste while at the same time rendering off less fat than others in the market.

In our Kitchen, we bring you our unique and famous Smoked Duck Drumettes, Pastrami Duck Breast, and Corned Duck Breast and Duck Breast Proscuitto. To compliment the line, we also have Confit Legs and slowly smoke our Magret Duck and Chicken Breasts with Hickory and Apple wood.
Our free roaming farms in Sullivan County, New York have been raising natural chicken since 1982. They take twice as long to reach maturity (approx. 12 weeks) over commercial birds and are fed a special diet of corn, canola seeds, and soybeans.
