Our Chickens are a slow-growing breed that caters to traditional European flavor. Our birds are proudly raised without any antibiotics or hormones.
We feed our birds a vegetarian diet of corn and soy beans. The corn is grown on our own sister farm, and we have a close relationship with our feed company, (Cochecton Mills).
