Duck Carnitas, Hand Pulled (Shredded) 1 lb. Pack. We take our whole air-chilled ducks cure them for 48 hours in our special carnitas 11 spice blend (includes chiles, & cumin), and slowly cooked in their own natural fats. Fully Cooked.  Just crisp up on a plancha, or pan to heat through. *

Great for making Tacos, paella, tamales, salad topping, or empanada filling!
